As the Principal of Red Team, my focus is helping organisations gain a competitive edge in winning business and funding through our specialist Bid and Proposal Management service.

With over 20 years’ experience as a CFO (CPA qualified for 15+ years), Bid Manager and Business Improvement Specialist, my skillset encompasses project management, proposal and tender management, price to win strategy, financial modelling, innovation management, change management, process re-engineering and systems implementation.

• Tender Pursuit – Maximising future tender opportunities through strategic and competitive analysis and execution, opportunity assessment, bid planning and risk management.
• Tender Management – Specialising in end-to-end tender management from strategy development through to tender planning, writing, preparation, production and submission.
• Price to Win Strategy – Developing, implementing and managing financial models to achieve price to win strategies that maximise win rates.
• Tender Training – Facilitating training workshops in leading practice tendering techniques.

RECENT WINS:
• As lead bid consultant helped deliver a new business winning bid for a client in the Government Funded, special needs employment services sector.
• Managed the proposal for a medical start-up business which succeeded in winning a breakout $3m contract to deliver event paramedical services with their innovative solution.
• Developed a proposal including associated financial modelling and substantiation to deliver over $4.5M of savings through an internal optimisation strategy for major NSW utilities provider.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA, Specialising in Strategy, Planning and Innovation Management
• Qualified practioner by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)
• Bachelor of Business
• Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), holding a public practice license
