Since our establishment in 2013, we have built a consulting team that has more than 150 years combined experience across Bid and Tender Management, Project Delivery, Financial Modelling and Pricing, Technical Writing, Systems and Electrical Engineering, Logistics, Risk and Quality Management, and WHS and Environmental certification support.
Our consultants have backgrounds working in large government and corporate environments and their practicing experience is supported by relevant formal qualifications. In their areas of expertise, team members hold practioner level status with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), BA’s in Engineering, CPA status and MBA qualifications.

We help incumbent suppliers retain crucial existing contracts and assist organisations realise opportunities to gain new, lucrative business.We then embed this business development by supporting organisations in post-win project delivery such as: safety program implementation, including delivering documentation to ADF program CDRL and DDR requirements (SCR, HAR, Risk Assessment); Engineering Certification Services, including achieving certification to Australian Standards for Hardware and Software being delivered into the ADF; Development of Quality Plans and Manuals; Risk Management Framework Development; and Hazard Analysis.
As a fully licensed CPA Practice, we combine the above skills with a unique capability within Tender Management Specialists to deliver leading practice financial modelling and price to win strategies. This enables our clients to better target the value hot buttons of evaluation teams to deliver winning bids that result in profitable contracts.
