A well-established, small business was seeking to grow its national presence by responding to an invitation for tender for a national contract from a telecommunications provider. With a tight deadline and limited tendering knowledge they needed specialised support to deliver a quality response.

Approach

Red Team facilitated an initial strategy session to conduct capture planning and identify win themes. Leading documentation was reviewed, strengths and weaknesses were analysed and key competitors were evaluated.
Red Team developed a response strategy and a project plan and established a response team. Working with client Subject Matter Experts, Red Team managed the entire bid process, delivering a professional and competitive bid.

Outcome

The business was successfully shortlisted and invited to present a proof of concept. Along with this they received a reference bid that surpassed the quality of what they had been able to produce prior. This learning continues to be used in the business to produce quality, winning proposals.
