As the Principal of Red Team, my focus is to work alongside our Defence and government clients to competitively win new business. I have achieved excellent win rates and delivered hundreds of millions of dollars of new business for clients.

I have over 20 years’ experience holding C-Level and Senior Executive positions across defence, satellite communications, system engineering, construction and infrastructure sectors. My defence tendering experience extends over 10 years. I am experienced in working with AUSDEFCON templates.

• 100% of Australian Defence clients short-listed when acting in a Bid Management capacity.
• First time major Australian Defence program wins for overseas clients against Australian Defence prime contractors.

• Opportunity Pursuit: Strategically positioning clients for future opportunities, including strategic analysis and execution, competitive analysis, risk management and certification project management.
• Defence Bid Management: Successful track record managing complex Australian Defence tender projects for large and SME contracting entities.
• Defence Project Delivery: Development of defence CDRL artefacts, including PM, SE, ILS, and QS&E.

• B Comm (Hons)
• Masters Degree in Business Studies
• Shipley trained Proposal Developer & formal Quality and WHS qualifications.
